Job summary

hammerjack Philippines is seeking a seasoned PH Country Head to lead an offshore team supporting an Australian facility services client. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure service delivery across finance, CS, IT, and admin, and drive continuous improvement from Makati.

You will shape the offshore capability, onboard staff, transfer knowledge, and scale functions while aligning with Australian business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, management or related field.
• 5–10+ years in operations, service delivery or leadership.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, productivity and quality.
• Experience leading mixed support functions (finance, CS, IT, admin).
• At least 3 years supporting Australian clients in BPO/offshore.
• Knowledge of Australian business hours and holidays.
• Familiarity with Philippine labour law and DOLE requirements.
• Desirable: experience in BPO/facilities management/service industry.
• Experience managing Employer of Record or satellite office relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Operations across finance, customer service, IT/help desk, and admin.
• Develop offshore capability with onboarding, knowledge transfer, and growth.
• Set cadence: KPIs, reporting, productivity, quality, customer satisfaction.
• Plan workforce: scheduling, rosters, and coverage to match Australian hours.
• Coordinate with Australia for priorities, escalations, and improvements.
• Scale new functions: bid/tender support, expanded help desk, project coordination.
• Resolve issues, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain SOPs, workflows, and compliance across operations.
