Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of PEZA and general compliance experience.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams).
• Interest in artificial intelligence as an emerging work necessity.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance reports management and team collaboration.
• Oversee end-to-end PEZA compliance including permits and Letters of Authority.
• Deliver and monitor the Compliance Program with real-time updates to tools.
• Provide legal operations support for data privacy, contracts, and governance.
