Job summary

Crown Worldwide Group is seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure the company’s adherence to tax, regulatory, and reporting obligations across government bodies in the Philippines.

You will monitor changes in BIR, PEZA, SEC, BOC and LGUs, prepare filings, maintain records, and coordinate with external consultants and authorities to support audits and compliance reviews. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy required.
• CPA preferred.
• At least 3 years experience in regulatory compliance, taxation, corporate compliance, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements (BIR, PEZA, SEC).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely compliance with regulatory, statutory, and reportorial requirements of the Company.
• Monitor changes in laws, regulations, circulars, and guidelines issued by BIR, PEZA, SEC, BOC, LGUs, and other agencies.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate filing of tax returns, information returns, and other tax reports.
• Maintain proper records and documentation supporting tax filings and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with external consultants and tax authorities during audits and investigations.
• Support PEZA audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate with Corporate Secretary and external counsel on regulatory matters.
