Job summary

Envirocycle Innovation Philippines Inc. is seeking an Accounting Staff who is detail-oriented and organized with knowledge of PEZA-related accounting, reporting, and compliance. You will maintain financial records, prepare reports, and monitor PEZA transactions.

The role requires 3 years of accounting experience and proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace. You will collaborate with internal departments and support monthly financial reporting and PEZA documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or a related course.
• With 3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable in PEZA accounting, reporting, and compliance.
• Familiarity with PEZA requirements, reports, and documentation is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
• Applicants with experience in a PEZA-registered company are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents, reports, and schedules.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and other accounting reconciliations.
• Monitor invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Assist in monthly and periodic financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain documents required for PEZA reporting and compliance.
• Handle PEZA-related computations, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in monitoring PEZA-related transactions and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting documents and supporting records.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting and PEZA-related documents.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
