Job summary

DOGGO is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to grow our petcare brands and expand our presence across Metro Manila and Bulacan. You will cover Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Marikina, Pasig, Bulacan, and the Camanava area, doing field visits to develop new accounts and grow existing customers.

You should have strong sales experience (FMCG, petcare, or consumer products) and an existing retail network, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to hit strong targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and territory management.
• Established network of pet shops, distributors or retail accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, ownership of the territory and targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular territory visits and grow new and existing accounts.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and incentives.
• Develop relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Collaborate with marketing for local promotions.
