Job summary

PESTPROPH PEST MANAGEMENT is seeking a Pest Control Technical Specialist to identify pest infestations in homes, offices, and buildings and to apply treatments or manual solutions to resolve issues.

The role requires inspecting premises, advising customers on treatments, and ensuring proper paperwork and safety procedures are followed. A high school diploma or vocational training and 0–2 years of pest control experience are preferred.

About the role

Pest Control Technical Specialists help customers resolve their pest infestation problems. They identify the type of pest that is infesting homes, buildings, offices, and other structures and use either pesticides or manual solutions to get rid of them.

Key responsibilities

• Determine the kind of most effective treatment required to eliminate or control a particular type of pest, long-term
• Advise customers on the kind of treatment required to eliminate or control identified pests
• Inspect customers' premises to identify pest problems
• Fill out all necessary paperwork and documentation upon completion of each job
• Accomplish and forward on-time daily reports, documentations and all necessary paperworks via email or through manual submission
• Accomplish and submit on-time daily, weekly and monthly chemical consumption form and inventory
• Apply suitable pesticides to infested areas by following the label instructions and complying with safety procedures
• Respond to customers' requests for various pest control services
• Identify opportunities to sell additional company services
• Identify the right amount of chemical solution and volume according to the size of the infested areas

About you

• At least a high school graduate or two year vocational course
• At least 0-2 years experience in pest control industry
