Qualifications

• Must be at least a Senior High School Graduate.
• Has a good attitude and good communication skills.
• Must be hardworking, willing to undergo training, and can work with minimum supervision.
• Willing to relocate anywhere in Luzon.
• Prefers driving license (4-wheel or motorcycle) with restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Determine the most effective treatment for pest control.
• Advise customers on treatment options for pests.
• Inspect premises to identify pest problems.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation after each job.
• Submits chemical consumption forms and inventory reports.
• Applies pesticides following label instructions and safety rules.
• Responds to customer requests for pest control services.
• Identifies opportunities to sell additional services.
• Calculates chemical quantities based on infested area size.
• Wears full company uniform and PPE while on duty.
• Maintains professionalism to uphold company standards.

Pest Control Technical Specialists help customers resolve their pest infestation problems. They identify the type of pest that is infesting homes, buildings, offices, and other structures and use either pesticides or manual solutions to get rid of them.

Responsibilities

• Determines the kind of most effective treatment required to eliminate or control a particular type of pest, long-term.
• Advises customers on the kind of treatment required to eliminate or control identified pests.
• Inspects customers’ premises to identify pest problems.
• Fills out all necessary paperwork and documentation upon completion of each job.
• Accomplishes and forwards on-time daily reports, documentations and all necessary paperworks via email or through manual submission.
• Accomplishes and submits on-time daily, weekly and monthly chemical consumption form and inventory.
• Applying suitable pesticides to infested areas by following the label instructions and complying with safety procedures.
• Responding to customers’ requests for various pest control services.
• Identifying opportunities to sell additional company services.
• Identifying the right amount of chemical solution and volume according to the size of the infested areas.
• Technical specialists must always wear complete company uniform and proper PPE, especially during on-duty.
• Knowledgeable of the technical aspects of the pest control industry, behavior and function of typical household pests and proper identification.
• Must execute utmost professionalism at all times to maintain company quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Senior High School Graduate.

• Having no pest control experience is fine.
• Preferably knows how to drive 4-wheel vehicle or motorcycle and with Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1,2).
