Job summary

A pest control service provider is seeking Pest Control Technical Specialists to help resolve pest infestation issues in Metro Manila. Responsibilities include inspecting premises, determining effective pest treatments, and advising customers. Candidates must be Senior High School graduates with good communication skills, a willingness to train, and preferably a Professional Driver’s License. This position requires professionalism and attention to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate.
• Good attitude and communication skills are essential.
• Must be hardworking and willing to undergo training.
• Having no pest control experience is fine.
• Preferably knows how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle or motorcycle and with a Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1,2).
• Willing to relocate anywhere in Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Determine the most effective treatment for pests.
• Advise customers on pest control options.
• Inspect premises for pest issues.
• Fills out all necessary paperwork and documentation upon completion of each job.
• Accomplishes and forwards on-time daily reports, documentations and all necessary paperwork via email or through manual submission.
• Accomplishes and submits on-time daily, weekly and monthly chemical consumption form and inventory.
• Applying suitable pesticides to infested areas by following the label instructions and complying with safety procedures.
• Responding to customers’ requests for various pest control services.
• Identifying opportunities to sell additional company services.
• Identifying the right amount of chemical solution and volume according to the size of the infested areas.
• Technical specialists must always wear complete company uniform and proper PPE, especially during on-duty.
• Knowledgeable of the technical aspects of the pest control industry, behavior and function of typical household pests and proper identification.
• Must execute utmost professionalism at all times to maintain company quality standards.
