Job summary

Pestproph Pest Management in Quezon City is hiring entry-level Technical Specialists to identify pest problems, apply treatments, and advise customers. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcomed. Willingness to relocate anywhere in Luzon is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Training will be provided, with performance bonus opportunities. Work is on-site in Quezon City with full-time hours; candidates should be prepared to wear PPE and follow safety protocols

Qualifications

• Must be at least Senior High School Graduate.
• Has good attitude and communication skills.
• Must be hardworking, willing to undergo training, and can work with minimum supervision.
• Having no pest control experience is fine.
• Preferably knows how to drive 4-wheel vehicle or motorcycle and has a Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1,2).
• Willing to relocate anywhere in Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Identify pest problems and use appropriate treatments to eliminate or control pests.
• Inspect customers’ premises and advise on the suitable treatment.
• Complete necessary paperwork and on-time daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Wear complete PPE and follow safety procedures during work.
• Respond to customers’ requests for pest control services.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional company services.

• Pest Control Technical Specialists help customers resolve their pest infestation problems. They identify the type of pest that is infesting homes, buildings, offices, and other structures and use either pesticides or manual solutions to get rid of them.
• Determines the kind of most effective treatment required to eliminate or control a particular type of pest, long-term.
• Advises customers on the kind of treatment required to eliminate or control identified pests.
• Inspects customers’ premises to identify pest problems.
• Fills out all necessary paperwork and documentation upon completion of each job.
• Accomplishes and forwards on-timedaily reports, documentations and all necessary paperworks via email or through manual submission.
• Accomplishes and submits on-time daily, weekly and monthly chemical consumption form and inventory.
• Applying suitable pesticides to infested areas by following the label instructions and complying with safety procedures.
• Responding to customers’ requests for various pest control services.
• Identifying opportunities to sell additional company services.
• Identifying the right amount of chemical solution and volume according to the size of the infested areas.
• Technical specialists must always wear complete company uniform and proper PPE, especially during on-duty.
• Knowledgeable of the technical aspects of the pest control industry, behavior and function of typical household pests and proper identification.
• Must execute utmost professionalism at all times to maintain company quality standards.
