Job summary

Rentokil Initial Philippines is seeking a field operations professional to support service efficiency and pest management programs across branches. You will perform site inspections, prepare and submit reports, and assist in training and policy compliance.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license (restricted 1-3), a college or vocational degree, and a customer‑service mindset. Night shifts may be required, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must know how to drive a 4‑wheel vehicle or motorcycle.
• With Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1,2,3).
• College graduate or vocational course graduate.
• Graduate of Agriculture or related course is an advantage.
• Fast learner with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and customer service oriented.
• Willing to work night shift.
• Gender is not a barrier to applying.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Service Operations’ compliance to Reporting Services and Pest Management Programs.
• Provide technical advisory for sites requiring inspections.
• Submit accurate reports on time as agreed with customers.
• Conduct periodic inspections and discuss findings and action plans with customers.
• Assist Technical Manager in training, materials, and audits.
• Support Branch operations and promote company services.
• Maintain records for High Dependency / Key Account customers and pest management programs.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and security of vehicles and equipment.
