Job summary

Thales seeks a Personalization Operations Manager in Calamba, Philippines to lead the Personalization site and drive a high-performance team. You will oversee KPI targets across cost, quality and SLA, ensure safety and security compliance, and steer continuous improvement using lean and Industry 4.0 methods.

Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and customers will be essential to expand Value-Added Services.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years managerial experience leading operations (Manufacturing/Services)
• Engineering diploma holder, technically inclined and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English and Filipino with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with Lean Sigma processes; Green/Black belt is a plus
• Knowledge of banking and telecom industry quality/security standards is a plus
• Proficiency with Office tools; AI utilization for productivity
• Knowledge of ERP (Oracle) and Power BI is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Personalization site and manage the team to achieve KPI targets on cost, quality and SLA
• Maintain high standards of safety and ensure security and ISO certifications are maintained
• Drive continuous improvements using lean/Industry 4.0 methods and digitalization
• Improve profitability by coordinating with Sales, Marketing and customer interactions to grow Value-Added Services
• Conduct performance appraisals and coach team members towards company goals
• Enforce Thales ESG/QHSE/Security/HR policies and manage health and safety compliance
• Lead Crisis Management for the Personalization Bureau and coordinate with the Management Committee
• Generate regional/local reports and handle special projects as needed
