Job summary

Thales Group is seeking a Personalization Operations Manager to oversee the personalization site and drive performance through KPI targets, Lean initiatives, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing and customers to deliver value-added services, while ensuring safety and ISO/compliance standards.

The candidate should bring 3–4 years of managerial operations experience, strong English/Filipino communication, and familiarity with Lean Sigma.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of managerial experience in operations
• Strong English and Filipino oral and written communication
• Familiar with Lean sigma processes; certification a plus
• Knowledge of banking, telecom quality/security standards is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee personalization site operations and KPI targets
• Lead Lean/Industry 4.0 initiatives and drive improvements
• Ensure safety, security, ISO and certification compliance
• Crisis Management Leader for Personalization Bureau and resource planning
• Generate regular reports for local and regional needs
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and customers to drive value-added services
