Job summary

Thales Philippines is hiring a Personalization Operations Manager for the Calamba site. You will lead an empowered team, drive Lean/industry 4.0 initiatives, ensure KPI targets on cost, quality, and SLA, and foster a safety-conscious, compliant culture across the personalization bureau.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and customers to grow value-added services while implementing ESG/QHSE/security policies and managing crisis response.

Qualifications

• Engineering diploma or technical degree.
• 3-4 years of managerial Operations experience.
• Proficient in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong English and Filipino communication.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a site-wide operations team with a service culture.
• Achieve KPI targets on cost, quality and SLA.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the site.
• Drive continuous improvements using Lean/Industry 4.0.
• Manage crisis planning and business resilience initiatives.
• Generate reports for local and regional needs.
