Job summary

Thales Philippines is seeking a Personalization Operations Manager to lead the Personalization Bureau. You will build a service-driven culture, manage a diverse team, and drive cost, quality, and SLA KPI targets while upholding safety and security standards.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and customers to expand Value-Added Services, implement Lean and Industry 4.0 initiatives, and ensure ESG/QHSE compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years managerial experience leading operations in a manufacturing/services environment.
• Engineering diploma holder, technically inclined and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong written and spoken English and Filipino with excellent interpersonal communication at all levels.
• Familiar with Lean Six Sigma processes; certification (Green/Black belt) is a plus.
• Knowledge of banking/telecom industry quality/security standards is a strong plus.
• Proficient Office tools; AI utilization for productivity; familiarity with ERP (Oracle) and Power BI is a plus.

• Ensure policy compliance (ESG/QHSE/Security/HR); protect staff health and safety.
• Lead Crisis Management for the Personalization Bureau; coordinate with CMT and stakeholders.
• Represent Management Committee, strengthen risk management and policy execution.
• Generate local/regional reports and complete special assignments.

As a Personalization Operations Manager, you oversee the Personalization site and are accountable for:

• Creation of an empowered workforce and strong service-oriented culture in the site. You would lead this team to achieve:

• Nurture an environment driving continuous improvements utilizing lean/industry 4.0 methodology and digitalization focus.


• Drive profitability of the personalization bureau working hand in hand with Sales, Marketing and close interaction with customers. Focus on increasing Value-Added Services offering from the site


• People management with perform appraisals at specified intervals and proactively provide feedback to team members. Key focus on coaching and development of team members to help understand the company expectations and guide towards meeting and exceeding the same in a defined time.


• Implement, abide and enforce Thales ESG/QHSE/Security/HR policies. Take corrective action whenever necessary to ensure the health and safety of all staff, to ensure the environment is protected as required by all laws and company policies, and to protect the security and image of our business and our company


• Crisis Management Leader for the Personalization Bureau responsible for appointing and identifying Crisis Management Team (CMT) members, leading CMT meetings to establish strategic direction, assess stakeholder positions, and evaluate potential developments of the situation. Accountable for determining the allocation of additional resources, validating communication strategies, conducting post-crisis analyses, and approving improvement plans. Ensures that the Business Resilience Plan and Business Impact Assessment are reviewed and updated annually, or more frequently as required.


• Serves as the Management Committee representative for the Personalization Bureau, working closely with the ManCom Site Leader and Committee Members to drive the effective implementation of policies, assess and strengthen risk management strategies, and ensure the strategic execution of initiatives and plans for Thales Solutions Philippines.


• Generate reports as required for local, regional needs


• Complete special assignments/projects as needed

To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

• 3-4 years managerial experience leading operations (in Manufacturing/Services environment)

• Good spoken and written English, Filipino and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally (customer and regulatory/certification bodies facing role)


• Familiar with Lean sigma processes; if certified (Green/Black belt etc) is plus


• Knowledge of banking, telecom industry quality/security standards strong plus


• Good Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.) skills and AI utilization for productivity.


• Knowledge of ERP (Oracle), Power BI is a plus;
