Job summary

TechNerds Solutions is seeking a US Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support for Personal Injury cases. You will draft documents, organize case files, and assist attorneys and Case Managers to ensure timely progression.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of paralegal or legal support experience.
• Must have hands-on experience with U.S. Personal Injury cases.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to draft clear, concise, and professional legal documents.
• Excellent organizational and file-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents and pleadings.
• Review and organize case documents for accuracy.
• Provide pre-litigation support and document organization.
• Assist attorneys and Case Managers with case tasks.
• Maintain case calendars and deadlines.
• Protect confidentiality of client information.
