Job summary

MSpectrum Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a focused Permitting and Regulatory Support Specialist to assist in processing, monitoring, renewal, and documentation of permits, licenses, and related regulatory requirements for company projects and operations.

You will coordinate with local and national agencies, maintain records, and support the Legal Counsel in ensuring compliance and timely permit approvals.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in political science, legal management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of permitting/regulatory experience.
• Experience in solar/energy/construction preferred but not required.
• Strong MS Office and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end processing of permits, licenses, and related regulatory requirements.
• Monitor timelines, validity, renewal schedules, and status of permits.
• Prepare and consolidate documentary requirements for permit applications.
• Coordinate with government units and regulatory bodies.
• Provide support in responding to regulatory queries and compliance notices.
• Maintain organized records and update permit trackers.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Operations, and other teams to gather requirements.
