Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in business permits, licensing, government compliance, or admin operations.
• Experience with LGUs/government agencies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of business registration, permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel or conduct government transactions as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise application, renewal, and processing of business permits and licenses.
• Coordinate with LGUs, government agencies, and regulatory offices about permit requirements.
• Monitor expiration dates and renewals of permits and registrations.
• Maintain organized records of permits, licenses, certificates, and documents.
• Prepare and review documentary requirements and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary documents and information.
• Monitor compliance with government regulations and licensing requirements.
• Track pending applications, payments, assessments, and regulatory concerns.
• Prepare regular status reports on permits and licensing activities.
• Supervise and guide staff handling permits and government transactions.
