Job summary

Active Group Realty Development Corporation is seeking a detail‑oriented Civil Engineer to manage permit applications and project documentation for HLURB, CENACO, NWRB, and building officials. You will file records systematically and follow up with government agencies and utilities.

The role involves inspecting facilities for paid projects, evaluating and approving construction permits, and coordinating utility installations. You will safeguard as-built plans and issue permits to homeowners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Preferably 1-2 year(s) work experience in a real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Complete documents for HLURB, CENACO, NWRB and building officials.
• Systematically file records for HLURB permits, CENACO projects and building permits.
• Follow up applications with government agencies and utility companies regarding permits and clearances.
• Inspect and assess the execution and installation of facilities for paid projects with CENACO, MWSS, etc.
• Process, evaluate and approve house construction permits.
• Follow up installation of necessary utilities for the project.
• Custodianship of all project records and as-built plans.
• Issue construction/fencing permits and water service contracts to homeowners.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned by the AVP.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 1-2 years preferred in real estate industry.
