Job summary

RetailWise is seeking a Licenses & Permits Specialist in Davao City to manage permits, licenses and regulatory requirements for store openings, renovations and operations.

You will coordinate with LGUs and agencies, build strong government relationships and serve as the company's licensing representative, working with Construction and Site Acquisition to facilitate approvals and maintain records.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in permits, licensing, or government compliance.
• Knowledge of government permitting processes and LGU procedures.
• Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel and visit government offices.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a car or motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage permits, licenses, and government requirements for new store openings, renovations, and operations.
• Coordinate with LGUs and regulatory agencies to ensure timely approvals, renewals, and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with government offices and serve as the company's licensing representative.
• Work closely with Construction, Site Acquisition, and other teams to facilitate permit processing.
• Monitor permit validity, regulatory updates, and maintain accurate licensing records.
• Prepare progress reports and support other compliance-related initiatives as needed.
