The ideal candidate has a basic to intermediate understanding of computer peripheral devices, product specifications, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of IT/CS/CE/Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer peripherals, connectivity standards, and device compatibility.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn new products, technologies, and industry practices.
• Experience in IT retail, hardware distribution, technical support, or product sales is an advantage.
• Willing to do field work
• Preferably resides near San Juan City

Responsibilities

• Assist in product selection, recommendations, and inquiries for computer peripherals.
• Maintain knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and market trends.
• Provide basic technical support, troubleshooting, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, sales teams, and customers on availability, quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in preparing product proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
• Monitor inventory levels, product movements, and stock availability.
• Support product launches and promotional activities.
• Ensure customer concerns and product issues are addressed promptly.
• Stay updated on new peripheral technologies and industry developments.
