Job summary

Aysn Group Of Companies is seeking an IT Support and Field Service Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, networks, CCTV systems, and related IT equipment. The role supports on-site projects, preventive maintenance and system reliability to ensure smooth business operations.

You will perform on-site field service for projects, install LED video walls, deploy networks, and back up critical data, while resolving issues to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's graduate in IT.
• Open for TESDA Graduate with NCII Certification(Computer Servicing).
• Knowledgeable of computer repair, software installation and network cabling.
• Will be on field service.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for computers, laptops, printers, telephones, CCTV systems, and other IT-related equipment.
• Deliver technical support for the company's products, including troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues.
• Perform on-site field service for company projects, including LED video wall installation, network deployment, CCTV installation, computer servicing, and technical support for offices, warehouses, and other company facilities.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, network devices, CCTV systems, and structured cabling to support business operations.
• Conduct daily server data backups and verify backup integrity to ensure data security and business continuity.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure, including computers, network equipment, peripheral devices, and communication systems, to ensure reliable system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and restore normal operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and system updates to extend equipment lifespan and ensure optimal performance.
