Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Perform Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability testing for web and API-based apps.
• Analyze results and identify bottlenecks in application, DB, and infra.
• Monitor performance using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers, QA and infra teams to resolve performance issues.
• Prepare performance test plans, scenarios, execution reports, and recommendations.
• Validate performance against SLAs and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide tuning recommendations.
• Integrate performance testing with CI/CD where applicable.
• Provide estimates and strategies for performance testing during reviews.

• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
• Prepare detailed performance test plans, test scenarios, execution reports, and recommendations.
• Validate system performance against defined SLAs and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide tuning recommendations for application and database performance optimization.
• Integrate performance testing activities within CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide performance testing estimates and strategies.
