Job summary

SID Global Solutions is seeking a Performance Test Engineer to ensure stability and scalability of application releases. You will plan, design, and execute comprehensive performance testing across workloads to validate readiness for production.

You will develop test plans, run load, stress, endurance, and volume tests, and identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and risks. You will document findings to guide optimization and release decisions.

Job Mandate

To ensure the stability, scalability, and readiness of application releases by planning, designing, and executing comprehensive performance testing activities. The role validates that systems can effectively support expected business workloads by conducting load, stress, endurance, and volume testing, identifying performance bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and potential risks.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance test plans, test scenarios, and test cases to assess application response times, stability, and scalability under expected business workloads.
• Conduct load, stress, endurance, and volume testing to identify system bottlenecks, performance degradation points, and capacity limitations across application environments.
• Analyze performance test results, monitor key performance metrics, and document findings to support performance assessment and release readiness activities.
• Collaborate with developers, database administrators, and infrastructure teams to investigate performance issues, support root cause analysis, and validate performance requirements prior to production deployment.
