Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in compliance, quality assurance, audit, or related fields preferred.
• QA employees with auditing, monitoring, and reporting experience encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits, reviews, and quality checks across business processes.
• Identify compliance gaps, risks, and deviations; recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare compliance reports, audit findings, and performance metrics.
• Monitor adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and other teams to address compliance issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance initiatives and process improvements.
