Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
NorthStar Inc is building a new, e-commerce-first sachet brand in the Philippines. The role owns how the brand is found and sold, shaping the marketing plan, campaign calendar, and ad budgets across TikTok, Meta, Shopee, and Lazada.
You will translate data insights into actionable briefs for the Creative Director and the team. You’ll be the one explaining what works to the team, driving decisions about SKUs, pricing, and stock.
We're rebuilding the sachet from scratch.
Sachets built the Philippine market — and they're usually where quality goes to die. Cheap formulas, cheap packaging, an afterthought. We think that's backwards. Single-dose should mean the freshest product, the exact amount you need, no waste, at a price that doesn't hurt.
That's the brand we're building. It's the first out of NorthStar, and we're building it from zero right now — our own machine lands in November, our warehouse in Sta. Rosa is being fitted out, six SKUs are locked, and we launch e-commerce-first on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and our own site.
We're a small team. Nothing is inherited, nothing is bureaucratic, and nothing you build gets stuck in three layers of approval.
You own how the brand gets found and sold.
You'll build the marketing plan and the campaign calendar. You'll run the ad budget across TikTok, Meta, Shopee and Lazada — deciding what gets scaled and what gets killed. And you'll live in the numbers: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV, contribution margin per SKU.
Here's the part that matters most to us. Our Creative Director makes beautiful work. What we need is someone who can tell him why — who can look at the data, find the insight, and turn it into a brief so our content is driven by what's actually working. Then explain it to the rest of the team in plain language so everyone knows what to do next.
We're small enough that your read on the data doesn't get filed away — it decides things. What we shoot next. Which SKU we push. How we price a bundle. When we pull a campaign that isn't working. How much stock we order for the next run.
You won't be waiting on a committee to act on what you found. You'll be in the room where we decide, and most of the time you'll be the one holding the reason.
If you want your work to actually move a business, not just fill a deck, this is that.
