Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a QA-focused professional in the Philippines to monitor KPIs, analyze data for trends and gaps, and help resolve quality, process, and operational issues. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments to ensure corrective actions and robust documentation in line with food safety procedures.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in QA within a food manufacturing setting, and familiarity with FSSC 22000 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics or related field is required
• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
• Experience or working knowledge of FSSC 22000 Version 6 or Version 7 is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are expected

Responsibilities

• Conduct, monitor, and evaluate KPIs across assigned functions
• Analyze data and identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
• Assist in identifying and resolving quality, process, and operational issues
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure issues are addressed and corrective actions are implemented
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to performance and food safety compliance with established quality and food safety procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned
