Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to own the end-to-end creative process for Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and direct response campaigns. You will script and brief long- and short-form VSLs, manage volume with high quality, and scale campaigns across paid channels from a fully remote setup.

The role requires 3+ years of DTC performance creative experience, a proven VSL copywriting track record, and hands-on AI stack production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance creative for DTC brands.
• Deep DTC experience with brands and spend levels.
• Proven VSL copywriting experience.
• Experience briefing short and long form VSLs and producing high-volume output.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end VSL briefs including angle and hook.
• Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video.
• Partner with editors and performance marketers on testing.
• Iterate strategy based on performance data.
