Job summary

Lennor Group in the Philippines seeks a PeopleSoft HR Tester to assure quality across HCM modules in a hybrid work setup at our BGC office. This role focuses on testing strategy, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver robust HR solutions.

You will develop test plans, execute tests, and drive defect resolution while aligning with project SLAs and timelines. Morning shift, hybrid work environment, and direct interaction with business users are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM Testing.
• Practical testing experience across at least 4 of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules: Core HCM, Absence Management, Global Payroll, Talent Acquisition Management, Time and Labor.
• Strong capability in test case development, test execution, and results documentation.
• Experience with defect identification, tracking, management, and reporting.
• Solid functional understanding of PeopleSoft HCM business processes and workflows.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with business users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across PeopleSoft HCM modules.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports.
• Review and validate business requirements and functional specifications to ensure adequate test coverage.
• Identify, document, monitor, and manage defects through resolution and closure.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
• Participate in requirements and process workshops, providing testing effort estimates and recommendations.
• Ensure all testing deliverables are completed in accordance with SLA requirements and project timelines.

Good To Have Qualifications

• Experience working with PeopleSoft 9.2.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) upgrades and Tax Updates.
• Exposure to PeopleSoft capabilities such as Event Mapping, Page & Field Configurator, Activity Guides, and Drop Zones.
• Experience coordinating UAT activities and managing business stakeholders.
• Knowledge or exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM is highly preferred
