Job summary

Lennor Group in the Philippines seeks a PeopleSoft Functional Tester to join our hybrid team in BGC. You will perform functional testing, SIT, and UAT for PeopleSoft FSCM, ensuring issues are analyzed, prioritized, and resolved within SLA.

You will support 9.2 updates, new feature testing, and production support with a strong focus on defect management. The role requires hands-on test case prep, testing across AP, AR, Billing, and GL modules, plus experience with AWE, Security, and PUM updates.

Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.56+.
• Strong FSCM knowledge: AP, AR, Billing, Project Costing, Treasury, Asset Management, GL.
• Hands-on in test case preparation, functional testing, SIT and UAT.
• Experience in performance testing.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA or ServiceNow.

About the Role:

We are looking for a PeopleSoft Functional Tester with strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM and hands‑on experience in functional testing, SIT, UAT, and defect management. The role will support application enhancements, PeopleSoft 9.2 updates, new feature testing, and production support while ensuring issues are properly analyzed, prioritized, and resolved within SLA.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business and functional requirements.
• Perform functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for PeopleSoft applications.
• Support testing and validation of PeopleSoft 9.2 Image/PUM updates and new features.
• Conduct performance testing and assist in identifying application or functional issues.
• Analyze reported issues and support calls, prioritize them based on business impact and SLA requirements, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Coordinate with business users to reproduce, clarify, and resolve defects.
• Log, track, monitor, and provide regular updates on defects using tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Document test results, defects, resolutions, and other testing‑related deliverables.
• Support continuous improvements by staying updated on PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality and new PUM features.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.56 or higher.
• Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM, particularly:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Billing
  • Project Costing
  • Treasury
  • Asset Management
  • General Ledger (GL)
• Knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) and PeopleSoft Security.
• Hands‑on experience in test case preparation, functional testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Experience in performance testing

Good to Have Qualifications:

• Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools, preferably JIRA and/or ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills, particularly when working with business users and technical teams.
• Exposure to PeopleSoft PUM updates and new functionality is preferred.
