Job summary

China Wu Yi Company Ltd. is seeking an HR professional to manage both office staff and site-based employees, overseeing recruitment, manpower deployment, attendance, payroll coordination, labor compliance, and employee relations at multiple sites in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting engineers, supervisors, safety personnel, administrative staff, skilled workers, equipment operators, and laborers.
• Knowledge of labor law and company compliance requirements.
• Experience handling employee concerns, complaints, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
• Ability to maintain accurate employment records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower requirements with Project Managers, Engineers, and department heads.
• Recruit engineers, supervisors, safety personnel, administrative staff, skilled workers, equipment operators, and laborers.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, check qualifications, and coordinate final interviews.
• Prepare employment offers, contracts, and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain complete employee personnel files and employment records.
• Conduct orientation for newly hired employees.
• Monitor daily attendance of office and project-site personnel.
• Prepare or verify payroll inputs, including regular hours, overtime, allowances, deductions, and absences.
• Handle employee concerns, complaints, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly manpower reports.
