You will design and deliver learning programs, engagement activities, and career development interventions for consultants, leaders, and client organizations, using data to shape priorities and measure impact.

Job description

• Drive internal and client-facing talent management and development initiatives that build critical capabilities within Viventis and across key B2B partners.
• Design and deliver learning programs, engagement activities, and career development interventions that support consultants, leaders, and client organizations.
• Conduct talent and learning needs analyses using feedback, engagement, and performance data to identify gaps and shape development priorities.
• Develop SOPs, frameworks, and talent journey maps that enhance employee and client experience and improve process consistency.
• Partner with senior leaders and external stakeholders to co-create high-impact talent solutions aligned with business strategy and client needs.
• Use data and qualitative feedback to measure program outcomes and drive continuous improvement for internal teams and client engagements.
