• Monitor attendance and maintain attendance records.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of collecting and updating employee data needed by supervisors in daily operations.
• Execute short-term projects including data encoding, content writing, transcription, and web moderation.
• Provide backup coverage for active accounts as needed.
• Assist operations managers in providing support to staff.
• Liaise with departments to respond to concerns in a timely manner.
• Create reports for daily operations, meetings, and client documentation.
• Track attendance from floorwalks to daily reports and notifications.
• Update statistical reports for management decisions and planning.
• Provide first line of support to clients and staff in supervisor's absence.
• Manage and update project records and guidelines.
• Disseminate information about policies and events.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities with the team.
• Develop process improvements relating to operations and service delivery.
