Job summary

Phoenix Publishing House Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation.

You will coordinate onboarding, regularization, offboarding, and internship programs across the organization. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field and at least five years of recruitment or HR operations experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
• Experience with HR processes and statutory requirements is preferred.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, assess, and endorse qualified candidates with timely coordination with Hiring Managers.
• Complete employee documentation, system access, pre-employment requirements, and orientation.
• Handle regularization contracts, salary and leave adjustments, and benefits enrollment.
• Guide employees through separation procedures and coordinate final pay and quitclaim.
• Screen and interview OJT/internship applicants and coordinate CNDA completion with schools and departments.
