Responsibilities

• Acts as a point person of Department Heads in addressing their concerns regarding the implementation of company policies.
• Assists Team members in their concerns that would affect their morale. Handles counseling to Team members.
• Conducts Exit Interview to Team members to address concerns and improvements in the organization.
• Plans and formulates benefits program as directed by the management.
• Updating of Company Handbook.
• Updates team members’ compensation as directed by the management.
• Prepares renewal contracts of contractors.
• Prepares Action sheet of Team member and Section Head.
• Conducts Background Checking to Section Heads and Managerial post applicants prior to hiring.
• Notifies supervisors / managers about employment status of their staffs.
• Review, scores and sum up total rates of performance appraisal.
• Maintains and updates Performance Evaluation Schedule.
• Investigates P/HRD issues for the purpose of ensuring that effective discipline and complaints resolutions are arrived in a timely manner.
• Prepares memorandums for TAI Team members.
• Coordinates with legal counsel for the proper dispense of termination or End of Contract notices.
• Research on labor related updates, government circulars regarding holidays and other labor related announcements.
• Disseminates memorandum to TAI.
• Handles counseling to Team Members who failed in performance evaluation.
• Handles grievances of all employees.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time as directed by superior.
