Job summary

Toyota Alabang Inc. is seeking an HR Supervisor to lead the HR team and ensure policy implementation across departments. You will act as liaison to Department Heads and oversee HRD staff, providing support in recruitment, training and employee relations.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of related experience, a background in Automotive, and strong communication, written and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy and attention to detail are essential; position requires starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AB/BS Psychology (Industrial/Organizational), BSBA in HR Development Management, or any HR related program.
• With at least 5 years work-related experience.
• Background on Automotive industry is preferred.
• Proficient in oral communication; hardworking and responsible.
• Computer literate; articulate and detail-oriented.
