Job summary

LifeBank Sustainable Initiatives Inc. in Iloilo seeks a People Operations Specialist to administer psychometric assessments, develop competency maps, and support the Leadership and Management Development Program.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Licensed Psychometrician. You will work with the People Operations Team to track training, document progress, and tailor development plans across departments, fostering leadership capabilities and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• Licensed Psychometrician.
• Willing to work on-site at LifeBank Center, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Growth mindset with openness to continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain competency maps for each department and job role.
• Coordinate with department heads, managers and supervisors to identify key technical competencies.
• Support integration of competency maps into performance management and training plans.
• Record and maintain an updated database of all trainings of employees/affiliates.
• Track individual and departmental training participation and completion.
