Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR documentation
• Knowledge of labor laws and government-mandated employee benefits is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Highly confidential, detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
