Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment, generalist or supervisory role.
• Experience leading employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong background in employee engagement and labor relations.
• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
• Able to lead a cross-functional team, work independently, and be willing to night shift or rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Handle labor relations tasks and advise on compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Oversee HR processes including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, and investigations.
• Respond to inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors; escalate sensitive issues as needed.
• Attend disciplinary meetings and investigations and contribute to policy reviews and updates.
