Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR position.
• Good working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and HR documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• HR certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Recruitment: candidate screening, onboarding, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and 201 files.
• Assist in payroll preparation, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, contracts, and employment status.
• Respond to employee concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Support performance management and employee evaluations.
• Assist in disciplinary procedures and employee relations matters.
• Prepare notices, memoranda, advisories, and other HR documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
