Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct Company Orientation and HR Policies Training for newly onboarded employees and Soon-to-Open (STO) stores.
• Assist in facilitating Team Building Programs and other employee development initiatives.
• Identify operational needs and performance gaps through observation and coordination with store management.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using performance data, surveys, and other assessment tools.
• Develop comprehensive and targeted Technical Training Modules based on identified gaps per position.
• Create instructional materials and determine appropriate delivery methods (e.g., manuals, workshops, practical demonstrations).
• Train employees on new processes, products, systems, and proper application of training standards.
• Monitor staff performance post-training and provide structured feedback.
• Monitor store-level training execution and guide Store Managers in the proper use of templates, forms, and training tools (e.g., PAPSC – Product Actual Process Study Checklist, including proper encoding of scores into scoring templates).
