Job summary

Manulife Specialist, People Analytics Data & Reporting will join the People Analytics team to deliver accurate workforce data, dashboards, and KPI results. You will partner with People Partners and business stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and operational effectiveness.

The role emphasizes data governance, reporting standardization, and tools like Workday Reporting, Excel, Power BI, and Power Query, with ownership of SharePoint sites and repositories.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in People Analytics, workforce reporting, HR data management, or related analytics.
• Ability to translate business questions into reporting solutions, dashboards, KPIs, metrics.
• Strong understanding of data governance, KPI frameworks, and reporting best practices.
• Proficiency with Workday Reporting, Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and related tools.
• Experience supporting recurring enterprise reporting cycles and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recurring and ad hoc workforce reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI results.
• Translate business requirements into reporting outputs and metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders on data, KPI definitions, and standards.
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting cycles while managing priorities.
• Ensure reporting integrity and apply standard methodologies across outputs.
