Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Business Intelligence Developer) to collaborate with business and technical teams to design, develop, test, and deploy BI apps using Power Apps and integrate with Power BI, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Teams, and external data sources.

You will partner with users, product owners, and data engineers to design BI solutions, build dashboards, and ensure data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with Business Intelligence.
• 5+ years hands-on BI development with Power BI, QlikView or QlikSense.
• Hybrid work arrangement: on-site and from home depending on business need.
• Shift flexibility: mid/night shift possible based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy BI solutions and dashboards.
• Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse/SharePoint.
• Build custom connectors and utilize Dataverse for data modeling.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and visualizations.
• Develop, test, and maintain BI dashboards with Power BI, QlikView/QlikSense/Tableau.
• Create intuitive visualizations and ensure data accuracy.
