Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Vocational/technical training in the relevant industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the PDI process to ensure vehicles are inspected, cleaned, fueled, and compliant with dealer and manufacturer standards.
• Ensure all documentation and vehicle markings (VIN, chassis number) are complete before delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Distribution teams for smooth vehicle preparation.
• Handle PDI warranty claims and updates with brand departments and distributors.
• Communicate with the warehouse and PDI team on vehicle status, inventory, and needed parts or services.
• Resolve issues related to vehicle readiness or inventory discrepancies.
