Job summary

Suzuki Auto La Union - Sales Department is seeking a PDI Inspector to ensure all vehicles are defect-free before delivery and properly documented. The role requires close collaboration with the Service Manager and Sales Department to secure timely releases and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, experience with vehicle inspections, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure everything is ready for customer delivery in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle inspection preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (Sales, Service).

Responsibilities

• Inspect units for defects before delivery.
• Report findings to Service Manager for corrective actions.
• Ensure pre-delivery inspection documents are completed and filed.
• Secure all loose items of vehicles.
• Prepare and submit required PDI reports to Service Manager or manufacturers.
• Coordinate with Sales Dept. for scheduled releases to ensure units have proper PDI.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

• Inspect all units coming from the manufacturer and ensure that said units are free from defects.
• Report all findings to the Service Manager for corrective measures.
• Ensures that all documents pertaining to pre-delivery inspections are properly accomplished.
• Confirms that all loose items of the vehicles are secured.
• Prepares and submits require PDI reports to the Service Manager and/or manufacturers.
• Coordinates with the Sales Dept. for scheduled releases to ensure that assigned units for delivery underwent proper PDI.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
