Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Good time management skills. Ability to adapt to multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Knowledge of quality systems is an added advantage.
• Facilitation and training skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel VBA, programming or AI tools/technologies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute product change notifications (PCN) to external customers.
• Archive internal and external communication in databases and trackers used in audits and KPI management.
• Ensure adherence to quality systems by approving manufacturing changes and referencing policy.
• Collaborate with Business Units, operations, and other departments to understand PCN details.
• Respond to PCN and Quality queries from internal units and field representatives.
• Manage projects to maintain or improve quality and PCN systems.
