Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented PCN/Quality Change Coordinator to manage product change notifications and quality processes. You will prepare PCNs for external customers, archive communications, and ensure policy alignment across departments.

Collaborating with BU, operations, and review boards, you will respond to queries and drive improvements in PCN systems. A degree in engineering and strong Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute PCNs to external customers.
• Archive internal and external communication for audits and KPI tracking.
• Ensure adherence to quality systems when approving changes.
• Collaborate with BU, operations, and other departments to understand PCN changes.
• Respond to PCN and quality-related queries from internal and field teams.
• Manage projects to maintain or improve PCN and quality systems.
