Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute product change notifications (PCN) to external customers.
• Archive communications in databases and trackers for audits and KPI management.
• Approve manufacturing changes and reference policy to applicable departments when needed.
• Collaborate with BU, operations, and review boards to understand PCN changes.
• Respond to PCN and quality queries from internal teams and field representatives.
• Manage projects to maintain or improve PCN and quality systems.
