PCI Compliance Program SupportExecute day-to-day activities that support the organization’s PCI DSS compliance programMaintain and update evidence repositories for PCI controls and assessmentsTrack and monitor compliance status across systems, applications, and business unitsAssist in preparation for internal and external PCI audits and assessments2. Control Validation & MonitoringPerform control checks and validation activities aligned with established PCI controlsReview security configurations, access controls, and logging practices for complianceSupport continuous monitoring processes to ensure sustained compliance postureIdentify and escalate potential compliance gaps or control deficiencies3. Stakeholder CoordinationWork with internal teams (IT, Security, Operations, Product, Engineering) to collect evidence and resolve compliance issuesFollow up on remediation actions and track progress to closureSupport communication of PCI requirements and expectations across business units4. Documentation & ReportingMaintain organized repository of PCI Compliance evidenceAssist in generating regular compliance reports, dashboards, and metricsSupport audit documentation and responses to Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) inquiries5. Continuous Improvement & ReadinessContribute to initiatives that enhance automation, efficiency, and scalability of PCI processesSupport efforts to transition from reactive compliance to proactive risk managementStay current on PCI DSS updates (e.g., PCI DSS v4.0) and evolving security practicesWhat you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in information security, Cybersecurity, IT, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)4–6 years of experience in IT, security, risk, compliance, or audit (internships or academic projects acceptable)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to follow established processes and proceduresIt’s a bonus if you haveBasic understanding of PCI DSS or payment card industry conceptsExposure to information security principles (e.g., access control, encryption, logging)Familiarity with risk and control frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)Experience working with documentation, evidence collection, or audit support activitiesProficiency in Excel and/or data tracking tools This is a good opportunity to bring in some of our values and behaviors: Think like a client: We care deeply about our clients' success.
