Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a PCI Compliance & IT Risk Management People Leader to join our Legal team. You will own the PCI compliance program, validate controls, coordinate with IT, Security, Operations, and Product to drive remediation and readiness.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in information security or related field and 4–6 years in IT security, risk, compliance, or audit, with strong communication and documentation skills. This role offers global exposure and impact.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in IT, security, risk, compliance, or audit.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with PCI DSS concepts and audit support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• PCI Compliance Program Support and day-to-day operations.
• Control validation, monitoring, and evidence collection.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, Ops, Product, Engineering to resolve issues.
• Documentation, reporting, and responses to QSAs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and readiness initiatives.
