Job summary

Synergie Cad Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Electronics Design Engineer to participate in the full PCB design cycle—from interpreting customer specs to creating libraries, schematic entry, and layout for multi-lamination PCBs.

The role also involves assisting QA with design rule checks to ensure layout compliance and generating complete fabrication documents for archival. A Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering and solid fundamentals in electronics are required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electronics including circuit analysis and digital/analog design.
• Basic knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD tools.

Under the guidance of Senior Design engineers;

• Participate in the full design cycle from interpreting customer specification, creating component library, schematic entry, layout of simple to complex multi-lamination PCBs.

• Assist in QA -design rule check to ensure layout compliance.

• Generates complete PCB Fabrication Documents and create archive.

Qualification:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering.

2. A strong understanding of fundamental electronics, including circuit analysis and digital and analog design principles

3. Basic knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly is an advantage.

4. Knowledge in AutoCAD or similar CAD tool use for technical drawing is an advantage.

5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical collaboration within a team.

6. A proactive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn from experienced professionals.
